Welcome !!

I'll back to my hometown with my roommate Rebecca today!! I'll show around Hamamatsu city Shizuoka. There is countryside,I have only Hamanako and mountains near my house. So I said to her "I think there is boring place." and she gave back to me "I'll go to see how boring there are!" so I'll show her Japanese countryside:-)

I haven't dicide where we go yet... I have limestone cave(shounyudo) pretty near my house. I thought I'll show her there, but one of my friend told me she saw one in Newzealand. I was surprised that is rare place isn't it? Can you see it in Florida, Beck?? I didn't see her when I checked out seminar house, so I'll ask it her this afternoon in the bus that goes to Shizuoka.

Coming of age day!!

We have a celemony to celebrate 20years old people in Japsn. It allow to drink and smoke over 20 years old in Japan. So we have holiday to celebrate for them. Most of women wear furisode"long-sleeved kimono". I wore pink one that my mother dicided. I wanted to wear white one but my mother said "It doesn't suit you, chane to pinke one!" I tried to persuade her but I gave up in the end :-(

After the celemony, I had junior high class-reunion. I had never met most of people since I graduated junior high. I was very happy to meet and talk them. Some of them changed, so I didn't recognized them. It was great time for me.

Shirts

I think this is the last item to keep me warm, it's BABASYATU.!!!
I' ve never try to wear it, because I could have beared the cold of winter. But, I can't bear it in this winter. I became 20years old this year, not teenager, so I allow myself to wear it.
I haven't bought it yet, but probably I'll come out in BABASYATU association.

color

I went Arashiyama in Kyoto to see red leaves last Sunday. It was sooo great!!! Especially, maple leaves are cute☆ I went hogonin tenple, it's famouse for tunnel of maple trees. I walked under that red leaves trees. When I went there in evening, I could see the trees that lighted up. I've never seen that view, so I was excited.

My favorite color is a red maple leaves. It changes color to yellow as time goes by. I could see yellow and red one at there:) Also, I could see green leaves, I like green too!! I feel relax when I see the color, because I grow up in country side and there are many trees and mountains so green makes me calm I think. I love nature colors.

flower-dolls

I went Hirakata Park to see flower dolls today. It have taken a pleace every year from 96 years ago. This year is the last time to take it, so I went there with my friends. We aririved there before it open, but many people waited the gate so we had to wait a half and hour... The line of people waiting is sooo long, but I chatted with my friends so I felt it didn't take so long time:)


The theme of flower dolls is Yoshitune. The right side person is Yoshitune and the left is Benkei. The picture is the scene of "Gojyou oohasi", they had met first there . Yoshitune's cloths made of a lot of chrysanthemums(flower),it was so nice. Can you see it??


This is a famous scene "Benkei's last". Many arrows stuck in his body, and he keep standing to the end of his life.

I don't know the histry so much, but I enjoyed flower-dolls. You can see it only this year, so don't miss it!!

My winter goods!

This is my room socks, it was made of wool. I have a poor blood circulation and especially my hamds and feet are cool, so the socks is necessary when I study. My high school friends gave me that when I retire my club. I was member of marching band, when I was high. I played the trumpet and flags. When I use it, I remind them:)

I go to school by bike, so it is also my necessary goods in winter. My hand is bigger than general women, so I use men's glove. But it is little bigger, I look for the gloves that fit my hands.

My favorites

I took this picture this morning. I drink it everyday. Do you know what it is? It's not milk, it's soymilk. It made from soybeans, so soymilk is good for our health!! I didn't like its taste before, but now I love it. Why I started to drink it, my friend recommend me. She always drink it with meals. She mix soymilk and blueberry juice. It tastes so good!! And the combination keep your balance of hormone. I recommend you to mix 100% juice. If you are interested it, please try it:)

I use this snoopy glass everyday. I like the design and the characters!! My glass is OK to pour hot and cold drinks into. And I can use it in microwave oven, it's so useful:-) I like to collect tea and mug cups, tea pot and glasses. So, when I go shopping to buy clothes, I always stop by shops of plates and cups. Sometimes I spend more time at these shops than shops of clothes. I bought the snoopy glass, when I go shopping to buy birthday presents for my friend. I always buy things that I don't need to buy, but at that time I selected nice goods, I think.
